I PLACED A ORDER WITH THIS "COMPANY" ON AUGUST 2 THEY TOOK THE MONEY FROM MY BANK INMEDIATLY AND THEY NEVER PROCESS MY SHIPPED AND WHEN I FINALLY GOT SOMEBODY AT CUSTOMER SERVICES BY AUGUST 24 THEY JUST ASK ME IF I STILL WANT THE ITEMS OR A REFUND THEY DIDNT SAY NOTHING ELSE SO THE KNEW WHAT WAS GOING ON AND THEY NEVER TRIED TO CONTACT ME THEY KEEP MY MONEY ON THEIR SIDE FOR ABOUT 20 DAYS IS LIKE FORCE LOAN THEY MAKING TO THE PEOPLE,! USPS NEVER GENERATED YOU TRACKING NUMBER, REALLY GUYS! THIS IS YOU BEST EXCUSE? AND THE CHERRY ON THE CAKE WAS THE REFUND THEY CHARGED ME 87.30 IN THE ORGINAL BILL AND KNOW THEY JUST WANT REFUND ME 74.30 SO LOOK I SHOULD PAID THEM GIVE HARD TIME AND DO NOTHING 11 DOLLARS WHAT THEFT!

The brick and mortar stores seem to have less and less selection each year. For every clothing style, they have 3-4 pieces on the racks, size XS or S. And the staff is so incompetent, they can't order a different size for you. After being a customer for years, our family of 6 is done with this place. Much easier to find clothing for everybody at the competitor next to them in most malls.
I have been receiving emails from them without being registered, I have contacted them to clarify if it is phishing or what it is, they have not clarified the situation.
The last email I received says:

I'm wondering how a company could have an email that is not monitored?
Aero has the worst customer service through chat and phone. They are annoying and unprofessional. Many times I have contacted them about a problem on my order and they have hung up on me! The times I’ve talked to them they do not follow a script and often say “ummm let me check” “ummm my computer is loading” BULL. I am in customer service, you are just not prepared.
This is a travesty. I placed an order for over night and the ups email states they have not received it. Albert stated he is a supervisor he stated “here’s the deal “ I said “here’s the what” and asked him no to speak to me in that manner. He became combative and began to speak over me and stated overnight means after one day processing then it delivers, which means two days not overnight. The 25.00 fee for overnight states next day. It is shameful! What a travesty.
I used to shop there all the time in middle and high school because it was the trendiest place to shop in those days (this was 5-10 years ago). I’m not sure how they are now, but I quit shopping there because the quality of the clothes was awful. The t shirts got holes so easily and I bought a pair of jeans that totally ripped down the seam of the outer leg.
I ordered a shirt on 2/19/21. Alright, so it's currently 2/28/21 I still haven't received my order, understandably, because the shipping ranges from around 5-8 business days (it's Sunday so tomorrow would be 5). However, I still would expect quicker shipping than that considering I had to pay $5 for it. Also, with UPS tracking, I haven't received an update in two business days, three days total now, and it's kind of frustrating. I'm not giving the company all that bad of a review because it's not ALL their fault, it's also UPS for not giving me any damn updates (they're lucky considering my package isn't even here yet). Good products, but there are better, more reliable stores to choose from. If the package doesn't get in my hands by the eight-day mark, then I'm bumping this review down to one star.
This is the worst lying company I have ever dealt with. I ordered my son some jeans that were slim straight and my son told me he only wear skinny jeans. I contacted Aeropostale and gave the lady my order number and told her i wanted to exchange the jeans since I had just ordered them and they haven't been shipped yet, the lady looked up my account and saw that they were not shipped yet and asked me to go online and tell her the sku for the jeans i wanted instead and that she would make the change in the system for the warehouse. Fast forward 4 months. I am getting calls from aeropostale saying they need the slim straight jeans and if they don't get them they will be charging the card on file. I kept the email of the change in the order and they still charged me for some jeans that was never sent to me. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AND I WILL NEVER SPEND MONEY HERE AGAIN.
The worst company to purchase from. I have heard every excuse in the book since placing my order over a week ago. The tracking number provided to me is an old tracking number for someone else’s order over 4 months ago. They told me this morning that that they reuse tracking numbers and to check for a status tomorrow. I placed 4 orders the same day (different companies). I had received all my other orders. This one hasn’t even been packaged up to be sent. I did ask for the order to be cancelled and return my payment but they insist it was shipped. There are many other options than this store. Please go to another store.
Purchased $50+ online for free shipping. Order placed 12/27/20 and set to arrive 12/31/20. After it didnt arrive I checked & a new Aero Email says 01/07/21 delivery? Chatted and called customer service and each sounded like trained robots stating "subject to change" and "sorry nothing we can do its been shipped". Been wearing Aero since the 90's - time for a change.
Do Not- I Repeat do not order from this place! Ignorant CSR’s who haven’t a clue how to do their job! And... their behavior...RUDE and confrontational! They have lied to me repeatedly about an order I placed back In November and refused to send! The absolute WORST! I could go on but refuse to give this scamming place a moment more of my time!!
Aero is cool! Sometimes they do have this offer and it is so affordable! We love to order through online and we don't have hassle as what others were experiencing. As Christmas were approaching, we are waiting for the grandest sale!

This is the worst company to ever deal with. They put a hold on your money charge you twice and then refused to give the money back do not buy from them you will pay triple the price of what you thought you were going to pay awful awful awful awful
